About Alkis Simopoulos

Alkis Simopoulos is a director of the PwC network legal practice in Cyprus and an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He specialises in corporate law with emphasis on international group restructurings. He has advised and represented clients in complex corporate transactions which involved, inter alia, carve-outs and post-deal integrations and debt restructurings. He also has a keen interest and advises clients on commercial matters, including intellectual property, employment law and real estate matters. He is a member of and co-chairs the emerging leaders group of the International Business Reorganisations Network of the PwC Legal International Network.
