About Eleni Zouvani

Eleni Zouvani is an assistant manager of the PwC network legal practice in Cyprus, having previously completed traineeships at the European Parliament and the United Nations. She is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Her expertise includes negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts, with a focus on share and asset sales, financing and securitisation. She also regularly deals with merger control notifications with the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition. She has a keen interest in intellectual property matters, with experience in (inter alia) trademark registrations and oppositions, assignment and licensing agreements, and IP due diligence.
