About Michael Tsikouris

Michael Tsikouris is a partner and head of the PwC network legal practice in Cyprus. He is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising on corporate governance matters, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, and (cross border) mergers, reorganisations, conversions and re domiciliations, as well as international group and debt restructurings. Michael has extensive experience advising multinational groups across the energy, oil and gas, metals and mining, retail, transportation, technology, private education and recal estate sectors. He also leads the firm’s data privacy and employment law teams and advises families on international succession planning and trust structures.
