About Aditi Khanna

Aditi Khanna is a senior associate at JSA Law with more than four years' experience, who represents and advises companies on a wide array of competition law matters, including dawn raids, cartel conduct and leniency, abuse of dominance investigations, and competition law concerns in contractual and commercial agreements. In the area of merger control, she advises on complex transactions and advisory mandates in relation to structuring to ensure competition law compliance. She handles competition law-related litigation before the CCI, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. She obtained her LLM from Queen Mary University of London, with a focus on competition law, and has co-authored articles for the Law Reviews, Chambers, and other national forums.
