About Jenny Georgountzou

Jenny Georgountzou is the managing partner of GKP and specialises in regulatory compliance, including personal data protection and privacy. She has participated in multinational data protection compliance projects, data training and awareness exercises, and assists clients with security and compliance issues, regulatory filings, notifications, data breach incidents, processing special categories of personal data, drafting policies, cross-border data transfers and marketing communications. Jenny also advises on corporate law, agency and distribution, franchises, and intellectual and industrial property rights, and represents clients before the national courts and international arbitral tribunals. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Greece and speaks Greek, English and French.
