About Arleen Nand

Arleen Nand is a finance shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Minneapolis office, representing commercial, cooperative, development and investment banks and corporations in cross-border and domestic financings. She has structured, drafted and negotiated USD40+ billion of investment grade, leveraged finance and commercial paper transactions. Arleen is a Vice Chair of the ABA’s Commercial Finance Committee, a Regent and Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, and Board member of the National Association of Women Lawyers. She was named a Finance Rising Star by Women in Business Law Awards.
