About Mary A. Scott

Mary A. Scott is a finance associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Minneapolis office. She works with domestic and foreign banks, private equity firms, financial sponsors and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition financings, revolving and term loan facilities, cash flow and asset-backed financings, secured and unsecured lending, and other commercial lending matters. In addition to her finance practice, Mary has experience in bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, and litigation relating to financial and insolvency-related matters. She is a volunteer attorney with the Tubman Safety Project.
