About Whitney Mark

Whitney Mark is a finance associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Minneapolis office. Her practice focuses primarily on advising domestic and foreign banks, sponsors and borrowers in leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions, including acquisition financings, senior and subordinated debt transactions, cash flow and asset-backed financings, and other secured lending transactions. Whitney’s practice spans a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, sports and entertainment, and other commercial sectors. She received Secured Finance Network’s “40 Under 40 Award” in 2024.
