About Chumpicha Vivitasevi

Chumpicha Vivitasevi is a partner at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. in the competition and antitrust practice group. She focuses her practice on complex issues relating to competition law, including abuse of dominance, unfair trade practices, and merger control. She also has experience in M&A, infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPP), and capital markets, as well as dispute resolution. She holds an LLB degree from Thammasat University, an LLM degree from George Washington University, USA, and a PhD in law from Durham University, UK.
