About Punyisa Intarapracha

Punyisa Intarapracha is a senior associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice group at Weerawong C&P. She has advised clients in various sectors including private equity on domestic and cross-border transactions for private and public companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Besides from M&A, she also has experience in capital markets, corporate finance and foreign direct investment. Punyisa obtained an LL.B. degree from Thammasat University and an LL.M. degree from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, USA.
