He has rich experience in representing clients in antitrust investigations and defending clients in antitrust litigations in Chinese courts. For instance, Hao represented the client in China's first antitrust investigation into price cartels and obtained a suspension of the investigation, and helped SINOPEC win the antitrust case brought by Yunnan YingDing. Hao serves as the vice chair of the Competition Commission of ICC China and is an expert of two working groups of the Competition Commission of ICC.
