About Annette Herrera

Annette Herrera is a senior corporate and transactional attorney with over nine years of experience in banking and finance. Her expertise includes corporate governance, securitisations, investment funds, and domestic and international loans, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Recognised for her deep understanding of complex transactions, Annette serves financial institutions and corporate borrowers as a trusted advisor. Before joining Torres Legal, she was in-house counsel for El Salvador’s largest commercial bank and has also worked at Holland & Knight. She is a member of the Bar Association of El Salvador and the New York State Bar Association.
