Armando Martins Ferreira
is a partner and co-heads the practice law area of Competition, Regulation and European Union and heads the industry sector dedicated to Digital Economy, Retail and Distribution. Armando works primarily on matters related to competition and European law, digital economy, business structuring, intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has co-ordinated the involvement of the firm in various merger control operations, including the negotiation of commitments, as well as cartel cases and abuse of dominant position proceedings.
