About Goh Jun Yi

Goh Jun Yi has significant experience working on mergers and acquisitions involving both publicly listed and privately held entities, having acted in several ground-breaking transactions in the past decade, including the first REIT/Trust merger in Singapore by way of a trust scheme of arrangement and the combination of Sembcorp Marine and Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. On the private merger and acquisition front, his experience extends to both domestic and cross-border transactions, and he has advised sovereign wealth funds, multi-national corporations and private equity firms on their investments, joint-ventures, acquisitions and disposals in the South-East Asia and Greater China regions.
