About Neil Williamson

Neil Williamson founded EM Law and has a broad-based commercial law practice. He advises on a wide range of commercial contracts and the establishment of joint ventures and supply chains, particularly in the technology sector and often with AI elements. Neil also advises on the sale and purchase of private companies, data protection and other compliance matters. He helps a wide range of clients operating both in the UK and overseas and has extensive experience working on public and private sector projects in the USA, the UK, Sub-Saharan Africa, South-East Asia and Eastern Europe.
