She represents corporate employers across industries in class action and other complex business and employment litigation matters in California and nationwide. Laura has experience defending wage and hour class actions and in a wide variety of state and federal employment matters including age, race, disability and sex discrimination, retaliation and harassment. She also has experience of dealing with the California Employment Development Department and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board in wrongful termination and misclassification claims, guiding clients through the administrative charge process, and successfully defending those clients in administrative proceedings.
