has gained general knowledge and experience in the public, corporate and commercial practice throughout her internships, apart from legal compliance, particularly in Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has assisted in several public sector projects with regard to regulatory, privatisation and PPPs across various sectors. She has also actively taken part in government-adopted projects covering good governance, legal reform, human rights and gender equality topics, designing policies and action plans for strategies at a national level. Lea has an LLB from Notre Dame University (Beirut, Lebanon) covering both civil and common law. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
