Luca Magrini is a partner at Alma LED in the corporate M&A team in Milan. He advises Italian and international clients, including PE funds and financial investors, on M&A, PE deals, joint ventures, corporate governance, commercial contracts and corporate finance transactions. Luca has significant experience in financial distress matters, including debt restructuring, special situations and distressed M&A. He regularly assists special opportunities funds, turnaround funds and credit funds, also in relation to debt trading. His combined corporate and restructuring expertise allows him to support clients through complex and dynamic transactional scenarios.
