About Marco Nicolini

Marco Nicolini is equity partner at Alma LED and head of the corporate M&A team. With over 30 years of experience, he advises on M&A, private equity, real estate and infrastructure transactions. Marco has supported leading institutional investors and multinational companies in joint ventures, listings, IPOs and capital markets deals. Formerly a founding partner at Alma STA and Tonucci & Partners, and head of M&A at Orrick Italy, he has also assisted the Italian Ministry of Economy and CDP on high-profile operations, including the recapitalisation of MPS and strategic investment funds involving real estate and infrastructure.
