Intellectual property and related consumer and regulatory law is her area of specialism and a significant focus of her work is with clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Lynne works on all aspects of the creation, commercialisation, management, protection and enforcement of IP rights, which frequently involves complex multi-jurisdiction litigation. She has represented clients in major litigated cases in Australian courts over the course of her career, including in relation to patents, trade marks, copyright, designs and confidential information and in actions relating to allegations of false advertising. Lynne also provides regulatory advice in relation to the full range of TGA and PBS issues, including acting in administrative law challenges in the courts and advising on product recalls. Clients also regularly look to her for assistance in drafting clinical trial, distribution and manufacturing agreements.
