Her main focus is on patent matters, in particular patent litigation, where she has acted for clients in relation to a large variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, mining, telecommunications, and banking and payment systems. In the patent space, Rebecca also assists clients with more strategic intellectual property matters, such as licensing, and freedom to operate opinions. Her practice also covers trade-marks matters, including in relation to trade-mark protection and enforcement strategy, and contentious trade-mark issues.
