Donata von Enzberg
is a member of the Taylor Wessing’s disputes and investigations practice group in Germany. She advises and represents companies in complex national and international arbitration proceedings, often in connection with product liability matters, focusing her practice on the areas of national and international law relating to sales, trade and distribution. She is a founding member of the VDI expert committee ‘Legal Aspects of Additive Manufacturing’. Since December 2016, Donata has been Regional Chair North of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS40). She regularly publishes German and English materials regarding dispute resolution topics relevant in Germany, such as blockchain technology.
