Bassem El-Azhary
has a wide range of experience across the corporate, commercial and construction sectors in the Middle East and North Africa region. He has over two decades of experience in general corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, employment, taxation, and capital markets, including M&A transactions for listed companies. Prior to joining Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, Bassem was a senior associate and the head of the Egyptian governmental procedures department at one of Egypt’s leading law firms.
