Christina was previously senior in-house counsel at a leading global investment management firm, with responsibility for the legal and regulatory affairs of the firm’s investment management business in Hong Kong, including offshore retail securities investments funds and mandatory provident fund schemes. She brings this practical commercial experience to her work advising on the authorisation of investment funds by the Securities and Futures Commission, ongoing compliance requirements, as well as other aspects of the conduct of fund management and/or fund distribution businesses in Hong Kong.
