Diogo Antunes
is a lawyer and a certified Portuguese patent and trade mark attorney at Inventa, where he has been practising since 2017. He is the legal co-ordinator of Inventa’s international department since 2023 and a European Union trade mark and design attorney. Diogo regularly advises national and international clients on intellectual property matters. He holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, having written his dissertation on works and inventions generated by AI.
