He is registered as a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and gives postgraduate lectures on the subject at Münster University. Georg has extensive experience of advising private companies as well as tendering authorities in complex procurement procedures. He focuses on the IT, military and infrastructure sectors. His clients include EU agencies such as the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), the Federal Republic of Germany and German federal states (Bundesländer), as well as private companies from the before mentioned sectors. He regularly advises on the interface between public procurement law and state aid law, particularly in the infrastructure sector.
