Friedrich Ludwig Hausmann
is a partner and head of public procurement (Germany) who focuses on public procurement, privatisation and PPP, as well as on antitrust, competition and trade. He represents clients before the German procurement review bodies, the competition authorities and national and European courts. Friedrich's experience includes advising national and international public contractors and utilities on the planning and design of procurement procedures for PPP and infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, water and waste management, transport and healthcare. He has been a member of an expert committee advising the German government on PPP-related legislation and regularly contributes as an editor and author to several standard commentaries, handbooks and periodicals on public procurement law and PPP.
