Viyon Oluwaseun Ojo is a senior associate in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) and the business advisory departments of Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe. Viyon has demonstrable and practical experience as a transactional lawyer, an advises on a wide range of corporate-commercial matters. He was a member of the team that advised on Bitmama Inc’s acquisition of PayDay, a cross-border payment platform. Viyon was also one of the Illini Science Policy scholars/fellows who worked on core policy issues affecting the State of Illinois, United States.
