Harry Burnett
is a senior partner in King & Spalding’s Miami office and represents clients in US litigation and in international commercial and investor-state disputes with a particular focus on Latin America. He also frequently serves as arbitrator and is a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the College of Commercial Arbitrators. Harry has been ranked in Chambers Global, USA, and Latin America. He is an approved leading private practitioner, as voted by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association. Harry is co-author of Arbitration of International Mining Disputes: Law and Practice (Oxford University Press) and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
