Jesús Bernabé leads the tax and legal practice at RSM Spain’s Madrid office and has more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions on corporate legal, regulatory and financing matters. He has built a strong track record in banking and finance, providing commercial and corporate advice across all banking business lines, as well as guidance on financial regulation, compliance and representation before supervisory authorities. Jesús regularly advises on M&A transactions involving regulated entities, corporate governance and complex contractual frameworks. His financing expertise covers corporate and structured finance, project finance, syndicated lending, real estate and asset finance, as well as debt refinancings, restructurings and loan portfolio transactions – both performing and non-performing.
