About Luis Carvajal

Luis Carvajal is a partner at RSM with over 25 years’ experience in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). He advises on M&A, divestments and spin-offs, acting for both buyers and sellers. He has extensive experience in MBI, MBO and BIMBO transactions, as well as in the negotiation and structuring of shareholders' agreements. Luis advises national and international clients across sectors including software, services, real estate, PCI, retail and digital businesses. He has also been a member of the legal committees of SEDISI and ASEDIE and has lectured at IE, Chambers of Commerce and Universidad Carlos III.
