About Martin Hayes

Martin Hayes is a partner at RSM Spain, with more than 20 years’ experience advising international clients on legal matters in Spain. He specialises in real estate, civil law and international mobility, with expertise in property transactions, inheritance planning, and cross-border private client matters. Working closely with colleagues across Spain and throughout RSM’s international network, Martin provides business and private clients with co-ordinated, practical legal advice tailored to their cross-border needs. He also lectures on the master’s degree in law and international business law at CEU Cardenal Herrera University. Martin is a member of both the Valencia Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland.
