Shunsuke Ebihara
is a partner at Miura & Partners. He handles a wide range of corporate matters, focusing on corporate crisis management, white-collar crime, dispute resolution and commercial litigation, including internal and external investigations, co-ordination with criminal authorities, and litigation involving liability claims against directors arising from such misconduct. After graduating from Waseda University School of Law, he worked in the public prosecutor’s office as a public prosecutor and for a major law firm in Japan.
