About Yuhei Sakao

Yuhei Sakao is a partner at Miura & Partners, whose practice focuses on corporate crisis management, white-collar crime, corporate governance, compliance and ESG/SDGs. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo, the University of Tokyo Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.M. with a Wharton Business and Law Certificate). He has worked in prominent law firms in Japan and Washington, DC, and dealt with both domestic and global investigations. Yuhei is admitted to the Bar in Japan and New York, and is qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
