About Christina Chiang

Christina Chiang is an associate partner of Lee and Li and has 15 years of extensive experience in M&A, corporate and investment, VC formation and investment, including advising VC funds on their investment spanning a broad range of industries and start-ups in Taiwan. She has assisted the de-SPAC and listing of Gorilla Technology, Semilux International Ltd. and FST Corp (all on NASDAQ). She also advises start-ups in their restructuring and fundraising projects. Christina is a longstanding mentor for the Garage+ (a renowned incubator in Taiwan) Start-Up Programme, which is committed to supporting and fostering the development of start-ups in Taiwan.
