About Andrea Chen

Andrea Chen is an associate partner in the banking and capital market department at Lee & Li, and is licensed to practise in Taiwan and New York. Her practice focuses on M&A, project finance, banking, cross-border transactions, securities and corporate law. She regularly advises financial institutions and domestic and foreign enterprises on regulatory, transactional and organisational compliance, and corporate governance. Andrea also assists PE funds and international and domestic clients with cross-border M&A and acquisition financing, and was involved in KKR’s acquisition of LCY Group and Blackstone’s acquisition of ShyaHsin Packaging.
