About Gail Chang

Gail Chang is an associate in Lee and Li’s corporate and investment department, where she primarily focuses on start-up operations, venture financing, emerging businesses and M&A transactions. She has extensive experience assisting start-ups across various industries, including SaaS, fintech, AI and e-commerce, among others. Gail supports start-ups across various stages of equity financing, including seed rounds, early-stage investments and subsequent phases. She has worked closely with venture capital investors on their investment activities and has advised start-ups on related restructuring matters.
