About Derrick Yang

Derrick Yang is a partner at Lee and Li and has extensive experience in cross-border M&A. Given his background in tax, he is uniquely positioned and actively participated from the outset of the deal process to explore different structural alternatives for clients. Derrick represented internationally renowned PE funds (such as Permira, American Securities, Advantage Partners) and Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON) to close their first deals in Taiwan and helped with their integration. Since 2019, Derrick has handled infrastructure investments such as offshore wind farms, and solar/gas-fired power plants for major foreign investors.
