About Eddie Hsiung

Eddie Hsiung is a partner at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. He is licensed to practise in Taiwan and New York, and is also a CPA in Washington State, USA. His practice focuses on M&A, securities, banking, finance and asset management. Eddie has participated in many private and public corporate transactions (M&A, capital markets, joint ventures), spanning a broad range of industries. He regularly advises leading banks, securities firms, payment and other financial services companies on transactional, licensing and regulatory/compliance matters, as well as internal investigations. He is experienced in advising asset management companies on the sale of offshore funds and other investment products in Taiwan, and is also familiar with derivatives and fintech-related issues.
