About Erica Chiu

Erica Chiu is a core member of the competition law practice group of Lee and Li and advises clients on the full range of competition law issues, focusing on merger control, cartel work, restrictive practice and unfair trade matters. Erica has extensive experience in representing international corporations in major deals before the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission and in proceedings before the administrative and civil courts in Taiwan. She has also participated in several M&A cases. In addition, Erica advises companies on corporate compliance and provides services regarding contract review and drafting.
