About Evelyn Peichun Shih

Evelyn Peichun Shih is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department at Lee and Li. She has extensive experience representing domestic and multinational companies in cross-border transactions, JVs, fundraising projects, loan agreements, restructuring, and real estate deals, and in providing legal analyses, deal planning, due diligence, negotiation, contract review and drafting services for market-leading clients in multiple sectors. Evelyn also counsels multinational investment banks, securities firms and other financial-services providers on regulatory issues and legal disputes, and has successfully achieved favourable results for her clients. Evelyn is an attorney licensed at the Taiwan Bar Association (2018) and New York Bar Association (2024).
