About Evelyn Peichun Shih

Evelyn Peichun Shih is an associate in Lee and Li's corporate and investment practice group, focusing on cross-border transactions, M&A, general corporate, financial regulations and impact finance. Her clients include domestic and foreign listed companies, firms and funds contributing to hi-tech, financial institutions, private equity funds, and the retail and entertainment industries. Evelyn is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and is expected to be a member of the New York Bar Association (waiting to be sworn in); she obtained her law degrees from National Chengchi University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
