Julia Kuei-Fang Yung is a senior attorney at Lee and Li, specialising in M&A and corporate investment. With over 20 years of experience, she is a leading expert in structuring complex cross-border transactions, notably orchestrating the first share exchange between a foreign entity and a TPEx-listed company approved by the Department of Investment Review. Her expertise encompasses the M&A lifecycle – from legal due diligence and deal structuring to the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and post-merger integration. Julia provides strategic counsel to multinational corporations and public companies, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance under Taiwan laws. She has been a member of the Taipei Bar since 2001 with an LLM from Soochow University.
