About Lihuei Mao

Lihuei Mao is a partner at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law and has extensive experience in corporate and investment matters and M&A. She has advised many private equity funds, venture capital entities and international groups in different industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, media and logistics, as well as hi-tech and new-tech start-ups. In light of the emergence of the renewable energy industry, Lihuei is also proactively involved in solar energy and offshore wind farm projects. In recent years, she has actively advised clients on the establishment of Taiwan venture capital funds and the financing/IPO of start-ups, preparing the ecosystem for Taiwan start-ups.
