About Lihuei Mao (Grace)

Lihuei Mao (Grace) is a partner at Lee and Li, having practised for over 20 years, and has focused her practice on cross-border M&A and investment projects. Lihuei has assisted large PE funds (such as MBK, Carlyle, Graham) on various transactions. She also works closely with international and local venture capitals and accelerators to nourish the Taiwan start-up eco-system. In 2023, Lihuei Mao successfully assisted international developers’ investments in several renewable energy projects, and the joint venture of the first national-level CDMO company, Taiwan Bio-Manufacturing Corporation between the Taiwan government and National Resilience.
