About Lihuei Mao (Grace)

Lihuei Mao (Grace) is a partner of Lee and Li and has practiced for over 20 years. She has devoted herself to M&A, the establishment of Taiwan venture capital funds and financing/IPOs of start-ups, working closely with international and local private equity funds, venture capitals and accelerators to nourish the Taiwan start-up ecosystem and assist them in expanding their global business. With such experience, she was invited to give a series of lectures at the Soochow University Law School regarding private equity/venture capital and financing practice. Lihuei is currently a mentor of the Garage+ (a renowned incubator in Taiwan) Start-Up Programme.
