About Lily Kuo

Lily Kuo is a partner in Lee and Li’s real estate, M&A and corporate and investment practice groups. Lily regularly assists domestic and international clients with complex real estate (including hotel management) transactions. Her extensive experience in real estate is valued by clients from various jurisdictions, and over time she has represented many parties in a wide array of transactions. Her recent milestone real estate deals include PE funds’ acquisitions of data centre sites and companies, Coupang’s expansion (including leases and construction of fulfilment centres) in Taiwan, Microsoft’s land acquisitions in Taiwan, and FedEx’s lease in Farglory Free Trade Zone.
