She has assisted in Chubb’s acquisition of Cigna Taiwan’s shares, the tender offer by Macnica, Inc. for the shares of Anstek, share swap between Midas Investment and Microlife, acquisition of AMK Microfinance Institution by The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, reverse triangular merger between CrownBio and JSR, and private placement of certain listed companies.
