About Stephen Wu

Stephen Wu is the partner leading the competition law practice group at Lee and Li. He is also the founding chairman and an active member of the Competition Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association. Stephen has successfully represented domestic and international clients in numerous antitrust filing, cartel investigation and unfair competition cases. He has co-authored various articles and Taiwan chapters for many competition law publications, and has been recognised as being among the world’s leading competition/antitrust lawyers by international legal directories. Stephen is also active in public policy reform projects in diversified practice areas, including knowledge-based economics, corporate governance, M&A transactions, venture capital and investors’ protection.
