About Roger Kai

Roger Kai specialises in privacy protection, cybersecurity and digital industry. Roger frequently provides legal consulting services to clients, including general compliance with the data protection laws and handling data breach incidents, reviewing and drafting business contracts, and assisting clients with legal due diligence for investment transactions. During his studies in the United States, Roger served as an assistant editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal at the University of California, Berkeley. He also obtained qualifications as a CIPP/US during his studies. After graduation, Roger worked at a US law firm specialising in privacy law, where he assisted with cases regarding GDPR and the US privacy regulations.
