About Yvonne Hsieh

Yvonne Hsieh is a senior counsellor at Lee and Li and focuses her practice on M&A, international investment, antitrust and competition laws, securities investment, and telecommunications and broadcasting. She specialises in the privatisation of listed companies and also works with many private equity funds on their investments in Taiwan.
