About Marco Tulio Venegas

Marco Tulio Venegas is managing partner of LITREDI and has 29 years of international experience. He is one of the most recognised attorneys in Mexico in the field of international commercial arbitration. He pairs his expertise in arbitration with a wide range of experience in administrative, commercial litigation and constitutional (amparo) litigation. He has acted as counsel on several of the most complex litigation and arbitration matters for both multinational clients and governments around the world. His experience includes the successful participation as counsel in two of the largest commercial arbitrations in Mexican history, worth more than USD1.7 billion, as well as the most important infrastructure disputes ever with governmental entities. Mr Venegas is the former chair of the Committee of Infrastructure Disputes of the Mexican Chapter of the ICC and is a member of the Mexican Institute of Arbitration.
