About Marco Tulio Venegas

Marco Tulio Venegas is the managing partner of LITREDI, S.C. with 28 years of international experience. He is one of the best recognised attorneys in Mexico in the field of international commercial arbitration, as well as administrative, commercial litigation and constitutional (amparo) litigation. He has acted as counsel in several of the most complex litigation and arbitration matters for both multinational clients and governments around the world. Mr Venegas is the former chair of the Committee of Infrastructure Disputes of the Mexican Chapter of the ICC and is member of the Mexican Institute of Arbitration.
